Communication Analysis
Charley demonstrates effective communication skills throughout the sessions. He consistently communicates clearly and concisely, using direct language to convey his ideas. For example, he states, "No guys, we shouldn't use a sacred fire" and "Guys, I'm thinking, how can we win very fast?". Charley actively listens to his teammates' ideas and responds thoughtfully, acknowledging their suggestions and offering his perspective. He shows empathy by considering the team's goals and suggesting strategies that benefit everyone. Charley could further enhance his communication by asking more open ended questions to deepen discussions and actively build on others' ideas. Additionally, practicing active listening skills, such as allowing teammates to speak without interruption, would contribute to a more collaborative and inclusive team environment. Overall, Charley demonstrates strong communication skills but could continue to develop and refine certain aspects to enhance his overall effectiveness within the team.
