Communication Analysis
Lufei demonstrates good communication skills overall. In terms of clarity and conciseness, she effectively conveys her thoughts and ideas using straightforward and easy-to understand sentences. She is able to express her intentions clearly, facilitating better understanding for her teammates. For example, she says, "We need a road" and "We need a room", demonstrating her ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Lufei actively listens to her teammates' ideas and actively engages in the conversation, showing genuine interest in their contributions. She responds thoughtfully and acknowledges their comments, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment.
While Lufei could further improve her questioning skills to enhance the conversation, she does show some ability to ask relevant questions. She seeks clarification and gathers information to make informed decisions. For example, she asks, "What should I build now?" and "Do we need so many oil presses?", demonstrating her willingness to seek further understanding and engage in meaningful dialogue.
Lufei displays signs of empathy by thanking her teammates, recognizing their efforts, and acknowledging the needs of the team.
