Communication Analysis
Yan demonstrates overall good communication skills throughout the sessions. She communicates in a clear and concise manner, expressing herself straightforwardly. For example, when she says, "Thank you" and "Okay" in response to her teammates' comments, she clearly acknowledges and appreciates their contributions. Yan actively listens to her teammates, displaying attentiveness and engagement by responding appropriately to their statements. She actively engages in problem-solving and decision-making, asking relevant questions and suggesting strategies. Additionally, Yan shows signs of empathy by expressing gratitude and appreciation for her teammates' efforts, creating a positive and inclusive environment within the game. However, there are areas for growth. Yan should be mindful of her tendency to repeat phrases and expressions, as it can lead to redundancy and lack of clarity. She could also work on actively promoting an inclusive and understanding environment by actively demonstrating empathy and perspective-taking.
