Communication Analysis
Zijun spoke very minimally during the games, with only a few interjections and short phrases. Without substantial contributions to the conversation, it is challenging to provide a detailed analysis of her strengths and areas for growth. She does show appreciation for her teammates' efforts, which helps to foster a positive team dynamic such as saying "Thanks" and "Thank you so much". However, there is room for growth in terms of being more active in team discussions. Encourage Zijun to actively participate and communicate in upcoming sessions to facilitate a more accurate analysis in future games. If she is unsure what to contribute, she can ask questions to see what the perspectives of her teammates are and learn more about the game mechanics. This should be implemented in each session to ensure consistent improvement. By doing so, she will amplify her contribution and voice within the team, improving her ability to actively engage and enhance her impact.
Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. After reading your feedback, come up with 1 main, specific goal of how you¡¯ll improve your communication over the next few sessions. Feel free to reply to this email and let us know what that goal is. In a few weeks, we¡¯ll give you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice after incorporating this email¡¯s insights. If your parent or guardian has any thoughts on this email, tell them they can fill out this 1-minute survey to keep on improving our session feedback.
To the stars (and Mars),
