Hi Sky,
On the journey to make any team you’re on better, you’ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. You’ve attended 2 of the past 6 Play sessions. Here’s some feedback on how you used your voice when you were present:

Reflection for Sky: How does your voice % compare to those of your teammates?
Communication Analysis
Sky spoke very minimally during the games, with only a few interjections and short phrases such as "Thank you", "Let's go!", and "Bye". Without substantial contributions to the conversation, it is challenging to provide a detailed analysis of his strengths and areas for growth. Encourage Sky to actively participate and communicate in upcoming sessions to facilitate a more accurate analysis in future games. If he is unsure what to contribute, he can ask questions to see what the perspectives of his teammates are and learn more about the game mechanics. This should be implemented in each session to ensure consistent improvement. By doing so, he will amplify his contribution and voice within the team, improving his ability to actively engage and enhance his impact.
Anyone who knows how to make any team they’re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors.
