Hi Lufei,
Three weeks ago, you received feedback on how you were using your voice during Play sessions. You¡¯ve attended 5 of the past 6 Play sessions since then. Here¡¯s how your voice has progressed in that time:
Communication Data
Lufei's % of time speaking average each session.
Reflection for Lufei: How does your voice % in the last 6 sessions compare to the first 6 sessions?
Communication Analysis
Lufei, since the baseline analysis, you have shown growth in several areas of communication. Your clarity and conciseness in communicating your thoughts and intentions have improved. You are able to express yourself effectively and facilitate better understanding for your teammates. For example, you say things like "Okay, I'll get the fish" and "I'm trying to build clay right here," which demonstrate your ability to convey your ideas clearly and concisely.
You have also continued to demonstrate active listening skills. You engage with your teammates' ideas and respond thoughtfully, showing genuine interest in their contributions. This contributes to a more inclusive and collaborative team dynamic.
In terms of questioning, while you still have room for improvement, you have shown some ability to ask relevant questions to gather information and seek clarification. For example, you ask questions like "Why ferry dock?" and "perfumery guys perfumery we need perfumery to get the secret fire away, how did you?" Your willingness to seek further understanding and engage in meaningful dialogue is commendable.
In the area of empathy and perspective-taking, you have occasionally demonstrated signs of empathy by thanking your teammates and acknowledging their efforts. However, there is still room for growth in actively promoting an inclusive and understanding environment. By further developing your empathy skills, you can strengthen your ability to create a more supportive and collaborative team dynamic.
Overall, you have made progress in your clarity and conciseness, active listening, and some questioning skills. Continuing to focus on empathy and perspective-taking will help foster a more inclusive and collaborative team environment.
