Communication Analysis
Zijun, since the baseline analysis, you have shown growth in several areas of communication. In terms of clarity and conciseness, you have consistently communicated with directness and effectiveness. For example, you said "Here!" and "Get the ball out!" in a straightforward manner, demonstrating your clarity and conciseness in expressing your thoughts. In terms of active listening, you have actively engaged with your teammates' ideas and have shown interest in their contributions. The quote "This is so hilarious" is an example of your responsiveness and engagement in the conversation.

However, there are still areas where you can continue to grow in communication. Compared to the baseline analysis, you still require improvements in effective questioning. Although you have responded to others' questions and engaged in the conversation, you have not actively initiated thought-provoking questions yourself. This is an area where you can enhance the conversation and encourage dialogue by proactively asking relevant questions to your teammates. Additionally, there is still room for growth in displaying empathy and perspective-taking. During the sessions, there were no instances where you actively promoted an inclusive and understanding environment. Consider actively validating and acknowledging your teammates' perspectives and emotions to further enhance collaboration.

Overall, Zijun, you have shown progress in your communication skills since the baseline analysis. Your clarity and conciseness have improved, and you actively engage in listening to your teammates. However, there is still room for growth in effective questioning and displaying empathy and perspective-taking. Keep up the good work and continue to actively participate and communicate in the upcoming sessions to further develop your communication skills.
