Communication Analysis
zunqi, since the baseline analysis, you have shown growth in several areas of communication. Your clarity and conciseness have remained consistent, with clear and straightforward statements that are easy to understand. For example, you said, "Pass it to the portal", "Pass it to me here", and "I'm number two" which helps maintain clarity during the game. Your active listening skills have also improved, as you actively listen to your teammates and respond thoughtfully to their ideas and comments by saying things such as "Yeah" and "Thank you". You show interest in their thoughts and demonstrate attentiveness, which is a great improvement compared to the baseline analysis.

In terms of effective questioning, you have demonstrated some improvement by asking for clarification and seeking understanding. For example, you asked, "What will fail?" and "What are fish?" to stimulate further discussion. However, there is still room for growth in asking more thought-provoking questions to foster deeper conversations. It would be beneficial for you to continue developing these skills to enhance your ability to drive meaningful discussions within the team.

While your empathy and perspective-taking skills have not significantly improved since the baseline analysis, your positive demeanor and gratitude still contribute to an overall inclusive atmosphere. However, there is still an opportunity for further growth in actively promoting an understanding environment and considering your teammates' perspectives and feelings.

In summary, you have made progress in areas such as clarity and conciseness, active listening, and effective questioning since the baseline analysis. However, there is still room for growth in promoting empathy and perspective-taking. Keep up the good work and continue to actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to further improve your communication skills.
