Communication Analysis
Yan, you spoke very minimally during the Discussion sessions you attended this week, with only a few interjections and short phrases. We know that the speaking graph indicates that you spoke for about 15% of the time, but after reviewing the session recording we realized that your microphone was picking up background noise from your environment. To improve the quality of your audio and generate more accurate data, we suggest that you either wear a headset or move to a quiet location when you join the next Discussion Session.
Due to this, we are unable to offer you a comprehensive analysis of your strengths and areas for growth in communication. We encourage you to more actively participate and communicate with your team in upcoming Discussion Sessions so that we are able to provide you with insights about your communication skills. If you are unsure what to say, we would encourage you to ask your teammates questions to learn more about how they voted and what they think. You could also volunteer to read some of the slides aloud for your team.
