Hi zunqi,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. Our Discussion Sessions are carefully designed to provide opportunities for you to practice these critical communication skills in various ways. Last week, you explored dilemmas in empathy and considered the question, "Should we always help others, or are there scenarios in which one's individual needs are more important?"
Here¡¯s some feedback on how you used your voice in the Discussion Sessions you attended:

Communication Analysis
Zunqi, during the recent Discussion sessions we made some observations we would like to share with you about your communication abilities.
In the latest session, it seems you've maintained a similar level of participation as noted in the previous week, speaking minimally with interjections and short phrases. This limited engagement does not allow for a full evaluation of your communication strengths or potential areas for improvement. To better understand and develop your communication skills, more active involvement is essential. Engaging more robustly with your teammates not only contributes to the discussion but provides us with richer data to analyse your speaking style, ability to convey information clearly, and how well you interact with others in a group setting.
For future sessions, consider taking on a more proactive role. As previously suggested, asking your teammates questions or offering to read the slides aloud may serve as good starting points for increased participation. This will also give you the chance to practice expressing yourself more completely and to work on how effectively you can relay your thoughts to others. Remember, quality communication is key to successful team discussions, so we encourage you to contribute more substantially in future discussions.
We look forward to providing you with more detailed feedback as your participation increases.
Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. We look forward to seeing you at future Discussion Sessions and we¡¯ll continue giving you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice.
