Hi sichu,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. Our Discussion Sessions are carefully designed to provide opportunities for you to practice these critical communication skills in various ways. Last week, you considered real-world scenarios from the worlds of business, science, literature, and art. For each scenario, you debated the question, 'Was their success due to good luck, or was it the result of hard work and talent?'
Here¡¯s some feedback on how you used your voice in the Discussion Sessions you attended:

Communication Analysis
Sichu, during the recent Discussion sessions, we made some observations we would like to share with you about your communication abilities.
In the realm of expressing yourself clearly and succinctly, there were instances where your thoughts seemed to trail off. These interruptions in your expression make it more difficult for your teammates to grasp your full perspective. It's important to focus on giving complete thoughts that others can follow. Practicing expressing your ideas more thoroughly could be very helpful for you.
On the topic of asking questions to deepen understanding or further the conversation, there seems to be a lack of evidence of this in the session. Engaging with others through questioning not only shows you're listening but also helps to open up the discussion, promoting a more dynamic exchange of ideas. Putting forward questions can inspire more conversation and offer you insights into other viewpoints.
To foster growth in your communication, consider these steps: try to express yourself more completely, aim to be more responsive to what others say by building on their points, and don't hesitate to employ questions to clarify or explore topics further. These strategies could greatly enhance your contributions to future group discussions. Keep up the good work!
Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. We look forward to seeing you at future Discussion Sessions and we¡¯ll continue giving you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice.
