Hi Charley,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. Our Discussion Sessions are carefully designed to provide opportunities for you to practice these critical communication skills in various ways. Last week, you imagined a world without money, where humans work alongside AI, and where income is guaranteed. Is this future a step forward, or is it a mistake? No right or wrong answers; just interesting conversations with kids from around the world.

Here¡¯s some feedback on how you used your voice in the Discussion Sessions you attended:

Communication Analysis
Charley, during the recent Discussion sessions we made some observations we would like to share with you about your communication abilities.

You have demonstrated a solid understanding of topics and the ability to use detailed reasoning to support your ideas, notably when you linked a credit system to community development: "And that was it. Yeah, so that will make our planet good but you use some credit basic things need- food, electricity..." This illustrates your ability to articulate complex topics to practical outcomes.

Engagement with peers remains one of your strengths, as you actively participate and respond to their ideas. Nevertheless, similar to previous sessions, your eagerness occasionally manifests in speaking over others, as in "So, first thing... Yes, that will literally be the best option, but if we get only one hour go for robotic exploration," which can inadvertently sideline collaborative dialogue. By integrating active listening into your skill set, where you build upon others¡¯ points alongside injecting your own thoughts, you can craft a more inclusive and collaborative environment. Your previous session showed an improvement in this area so continuing this trajectory will further boost your group discussions.

Lastly, your effective questioning is evident in your inquiry about the credit system: "Would the credit system increase the amount of good in the world?" which demonstrates thought leadership and encourages analytical thinking among your teammates. Similarly, your perspective-taking shows care for societal implications with your statement, "if a robot is destroyed, it's better than a human getting killed, right?¡± Your previous sessions highlighted your understanding of context in different scenarios, so maintaining this empathetic stance and ensuring everyone¡¯s views are voiced will continue to refine your communicative impact.

Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. We look forward to seeing you at future Discussion Sessions and we¡¯ll continue giving you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice.
