Hi Yan,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. Our Discussion Sessions are carefully designed to provide opportunities for you to practice these critical communication skills in various ways. Last week, you considered the question: 'What matters most?' From balancing ethics and profits in the business world to ensuring safety while confronting bullies, you were asked to rank your priorities. No right or wrong answers; just interesting conversations with kids from around the world.

Here¡¯s some feedback on how you used your voice in the Discussion Sessions you attended:

Communication Analysis
Yan, during the recent Discussion sessions we made some observations we would like to share with you about your communication abilities.

Unfortunately, this week's sessions were similar to the previous ones as we continue to see limited participation from you. In the sessions, it would be beneficial to hear more of your thoughts and ideas expressed. Engaging more frequently in conversation can improve how effectively you communicate and provide you with valuable practice. We would love to see you employ the strategies mentioned previously, like asking clarifying questions or sharing your viewpoints to open up the conversation more effectively. Since communication builds upon consistent practice, your increased participation would be a valuable aspect of your development.

Considering the brief input in the recent sessions, it remains challenging to provide a complete analysis of your communication strengths and potential growth areas. By becoming more vocal, you allow others to understand your perspective and contribute to the group's collective knowledge pool. We are eager to support your progress and hope to give you more comprehensive feedback once we observe a greater level of engagement from you in future discussions.

Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. We look forward to seeing you at future Discussion Sessions and we¡¯ll continue giving you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice.
