Hi Zhengyang,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. Our Discussion Sessions are carefully designed to provide opportunities for you to practice these critical communication skills in various ways.
When everything's important, how do we determine what's
most important? One way is to use a 'hierarchy' to rank priorities. Last week, you examined
hierarchies in common scenarios in the real world. How did you rank the priorities? No right or wrong answers, just interesting conversations with kids from around the world.
Here¡¯s some feedback on how you used your voice in the Discussion Sessions you attended:

Communication Analysis
Zhengyang, during the recent Discussion sessions we made some observations we would like to share with you about your communication skills.
You spoke very minimally during the Discussion sessions you attended this week, with only a few interjections and short phrases. Due to this, we are unable to offer you a comprehensive analysis of your strengths and areas for growth in communication. To fully understand and evaluate your communication skills, it would be very helpful if you could participate more actively in future sessions. For instance, consider asking your teammates questions about their thoughts and decisions. This can give you more opportunities to speak and engage with them.
Additionally, you might explore ways to involve yourself more, like volunteering to read some of the slides aloud for your team. This can help to make you feel more comfortable speaking in the group. We look forward to seeing you in more Discussion sessions soon and hope to provide you with detailed feedback on your communication skills in the future!
Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. We look forward to seeing you at future Discussion Sessions and we¡¯ll continue giving you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice.
