Hi Evan,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice how to effectively communicate with everyone. Our Discussion Sessions are carefully designed to provide opportunities for you to practice these critical communication skills in various ways.

Last week, you evaluated scenarios in which one bad action might prevent something worse from happening. Was there an alternative? In other words, are necessary evils really . . . necessary? No right or wrong answers; just interesting conversations with kids from around the world.

Here¡¯s some feedback on how you used your voice in the Discussion Sessions you attended:

Communication Analysis
Evan, you spoke very minimally during the Discussion sessions you attended this week, with only a few interjections and short phrases. Due to this, we are unable to offer you a comprehensive analysis of your strengths and areas for growth in communication.

We know that the speaking graph indicates that you spoke for about 30% of the time, but after reviewing the session recording we realized that your microphone was picking up background noise from your environment. To improve the quality of your audio and allow us to provide more accurate feedback, we suggest that you either wear a headset or move to a quiet location when you join the next Discussion session. We encourage you to more actively participate and communicate with your team so that we are able to provide you with insights about your communication skills. We hope to see you in a Discussion session soon!

Anyone who knows how to make any team they¡¯re on better is able to keep improving their skills and correcting their errors. We look forward to seeing you at future Discussion Sessions and we¡¯ll continue giving you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed in using your voice.
