Teamwork Analysis
Martin, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you actively engage in setting goals and offering strategic insights to your team. For example, when you said, "We need someone for the scraps," you highlighted an understanding of the game¡¯s requirements and directed your team accordingly. Furthermore, your commands such as "Let's just take over the left and right one" show strong initiative. However, it would be helpful to complement your directives with encouragement for your teammates to contribute their ideas, ensuring a balanced approach where collaboration is emphasized as much as leadership.
In sessions where conflict was apparent or could arise, your statements like, "Whoa one at a time guys" demonstrate a willingness to mitigate tension and call for order. Yet, in your contributions, you did not demonstrate significant conflict resolution strategies. For instance, expressions such as "Thank you" are polite but might not actively contribute to resolving disputes. Cultivating the skill of addressing conflicts constructively by articulating collaborative solutions and encouraging team agreement would be beneficial.
Regarding role adaptability, snapshots from the sessions showed you taking assertive roles without evidence of significant shifts in responsibilities based on changing team needs. Although your strategic contributions such as "We need zappers and collectors" denote your readiness to take charge of tactical tasks, it's important to also showcase your flexibility in taking on diverse roles that support team cohesion. To enhance your ability to incorporate feedback, try to build on the input of your teammates with an open mind. While you often provide feedback to others, as noted in your previous analysis, a more explicit adjustment in your actions based on their suggestions could strengthen your teamwork skills. Remember, the best teams are made of members who actively listen, integrate advice, and support each other's growth.
