Hi Yan,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. You've attended Play in 3 of the last 3 weeks.
Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
|
You contribute 35% of your teams¡¯ points.
On a team, what contribution should each teammate be making?
|
|
Your distribution in green compared to the average of all students in red.
How are you using your AP to contribute to the team goals?

If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Yan, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you generally maintain a supportive and positive attitude. You've also offered to join in collaborative efforts, as seen when you said, "I'll come." However, these statements have been rather brief, and there's room for you to offer more detailed contributions to the team by suggesting specific strategies and actions that can get everyone working together more effectively.
In terms of flexible engagement with the team, you've demonstrated a willingness to contribute to the team¡¯s dynamics. However, your contributions do not always show how you would adapt to changing situations within the game. For instance, when faced with a potential issue, your response was to refrain from action: "Okay, then I do not click anything." It's great that you want to avoid mistakes, but sometimes the team might need you to try a different approach or take on another role to help overcome a challenge. Next time, consider asking your teammates for suggestions, or offer your ideas on how to tackle the obstacle together.
In previous sessions, we've noted that while you're polite and appreciative, there hasn¡¯t been substantial evidence of you incorporating detailed feedback from your teammates into your actions. This observation consistently holds true in more recent sessions, as your interactions are typically limited to affirmative and polite responses, like "Okay" and "Nice." Going forward, look out for opportunities to engage in more in-depth conversations with your teammates, especially when they give advice or feedback. By actively discussing and incorporating their suggestions, you can really show how much you value their input and work more effectively as a team. It would be beneficial to see specific examples of how you've modified your strategy or actions from listening to the advice of others. Remember, teamwork is about continual learning and evolvement with the help of your peers.
