Hi Andrew,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. You've attended Play in 2 of the last 3 weeks.
Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
Teamwork Analysis
Andrew, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often assume a leadership role within the team pursuing the group's objectives with statements such as, "Here's a plan. We try to extract and control," which aligns the team toward a common goal. However, while your ability to suggest strategies and provide encouragement like "Okay, we're in second place, so this is pretty good," is admirable, you also demonstrate moments of uncertain or less directive communication, which indicates a need for clearer conveyance of your strategic thinking to more effectively guide your teammates.
When it comes to group dynamics and managing disagreements, your sessions generally show cooperative behavior with affirmations such as "Okay" in response to teammates, displaying a willingness to go along with team decisions. Yet, given there were no cited instances of explicit disputes in your sessions, assessing your conflict resolution skills has been challenging. To enhance your capabilities in this area, when disagreements arise, consider engaging directly with your teammates to find mutually beneficial solutions, showing you can not only anticipate but also mitigate potential tensions.
Finally, while you demonstrate an ability to adjust to changing circumstances, as shown by your proactive shifts in focus "Yeah guys, guys, guys, come here. We colonized this. You need to extract," it seems that your role adaptability could be further developed. Promoting a shared leadership approach and actively seeking diverse viewpoints can contribute to a more dynamic and flexible team structure. As for incorporating feedback, although you acknowledge teammates' input with comments like "Oh, that looks like a good idea," your sessions lack instances of incorporating critical feedback into your own gameplay strategies. In future sessions, actively seek out your teammates' perspectives, and show adaptability by integrating their constructive criticism to improve group efficacy. As seen in the previous analysis, encouraging shared leadership and engagement with teammates for feedback are continuous areas for growth while maintaining your established strengths in strategy formulation and tactical guidance.
