Hi Xinlv,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. You've attended Play in 2 of the last 3 weeks.
Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
|
You contribute 10% of your teams¡¯ actions.
What contribution should each player make to the team?
|
|
Your distribution in green compared to the average of all students in red.
How are you using your AP to contribute to the team goals?
|
If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Xinlv, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often express thanks and acknowledge the needs of the group as seen in phrases like "Thank you" and "We need cannonballs!" These are great examples of how you help keep your team aligned and show appreciation for their efforts. Remember, everyone likes to feel appreciated, and this helps the team want to work together.
However, we also see areas where you could become even better! For instance, to give more to the team, you might try sharing more of your ideas about how to tackle the game's challenges, like saying "I have an idea for how we can get more cannonballs quickly." Another way to grow is to step in when the team needs it, which you've started by asking, "Can you lift the charged battery?" Keep this up and consider volunteering for different tasks to help out even more. It's like being ready to play different positions on a soccer team to help wherever needed.
Also, we don't see many examples where you talk about the ideas or advice your teammates give. Next time, if someone gives a good tip or idea, you could say something like "That's a good idea, let's try it!" or "Your tip really helped, thanks!" This will show your teammates you're listening and learning from them, which is a big part of being an awesome team player. Keep speaking up and working with your team, and we're sure we'll see even more great teamwork from you!
