In addition to that data, we have noticed that you exhibit moments of enthusiasm for teamwork, as in instances where you've said, "I have a lot of iron," and "Who has a charged battery?" showing dedication towards the team's objectives. However, it's important for you to engage more substantially within the team. To strengthen your involvement in achieving group goals, phrases with clear intentions such as "Hey could someone bring a scrap?" can be helpful, yet they should be followed up with more detailed communication to guide your teammates effectively.
Regarding your adaptable participation, you have occasionally taken on directive roles with comments like "You're going to play here like I told you." While such statements express leadership, they also suggest an area for growth in flexibility.
