Hi Ike,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week.
Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in Play in recent weeks:

You use 69% of your teams¡¯ alloted actions.
How many actions should each player take?
You contribute 32% of your teams¡¯ actions.
What contribution should each player make to the team?
If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Ike, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you display moments of strategic insight and situational awareness, as in your statement "Now carry one battery," demonstrating your ability to keep abreast of game objectives. However, to bolster your impact on group goals, be sure to not only inform your teammates but also encourage and facilitate their participation. For instance, following up your situational updates with questions like "What's our next move?" could engage your teammates more effectively. Also, when conflicts or challenges arise, consider not only identifying what is lacking, as with "Batteries, batteries, batteries," but also suggest concrete solutions ("Let's split up to find more batteries"). Lastly, role adaptability and feedback incorporation are two areas where evidence of your skills is somewhat incomplete. While there is a demonstration of your capability to shift from directing to doing, as in the action-oriented phrase "Someone take that / I'll just do it," more varied expressions of your role in the team are needed. Demonstrating adaptability could mean offering to take on different tasks based on what the situation demands. Regarding feedback incorporation, actively seek out and respond to your teammates' input with comments like "Thanks for the tip, I'll try that." This will not only help in accomplishing team goals but will also show your teammates that you value their perspectives. Keep sharing your insights, Ike, and consider these suggestions to enhance your teamwork skills even further.

Communication Data

We have temporarily removed the communication data graph (comparing your child's average speaking time to the average of all students) while we make some adjustments to ensure we provide you with the most reliable information possible. This feature will be restored by the next feedback cycle.

In a few weeks, we¡¯ll give you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed on your teamwork skills after incorporating this email¡¯s insights. If your parent or guardian has any thoughts on this email, tell them they can fill out this 1-minute survey to keep on improving our session feedback.
