Teamwork Analysis
Martin, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often take a leadership role in guiding your team, as when you've said, "Here's what we do." However, your assertive style, as implied by statements like, "I think I told you that before," could sometimes overshadow the input of your teammates. Balancing your clear directing skills with an openness to others' ideas will benefit both you and your team. Your comments like, "Stay safe, everyone" display care for your teammates¡¯ welfare, which is a sign of a compassionate leader.
Regarding conflict, you offer solutions, but the way you communicate them, such as saying, "Don't do your own stuff," might be perceived as dominating. Growing in this area could involve moderating your approach to be welcoming to collective problem-solving. Nonetheless, it's evident from previous analyses that you have the potential to manage conflicts constructively. Your adaptability is seen in your willingness to assume various in-game roles, and you've taken on tasks actively and with initiative, which shows a positive team spirit. For example, saying "I'm the spending guide." suggests you are flexible in your participation, although becoming more receptive to strategies that change based on team feedback would be advantageous.
Your prior feedback incorporation has room for improvement. Phrases like, "Don't ever do speeches. Speeches are too risky," signal a reluctance to embrace risk-taking and feedback from teammates. Acting on the suggestions and input of others is a critical component of collaboration. Consciously practicing the integration of your team's diverse perspectives into the group's decision could enhance your teamwork skills further. From your previous sessions, you were often the one giving direction, but remember that collaborating involves a two-way street of both offering and accepting guidance. Overall, continuing to fine-tune this balance will help not only your individual growth but also the cohesiveness and success of your team.
Communication Data
We have temporarily removed the communication data graph (comparing your child¡¯s average speaking time to the average of all students) while we make some adjustments to ensure we provide you with the most reliable information possible. This feature will be restored by the next feedback cycle.
In a few weeks, we¡¯ll give you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed on your teamwork skills after incorporating this email¡¯s insights.
