Hi Xinlv,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week.

You've attended Play in 3 of the last 3 weeks.
Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in Play in recent weeks:

You complete 73% of your attempted passes.
How well are you coordinating with your teammates?
You use 94% of your share of the team's allotted actions.
How many actions should each player take?
You contribute 25% of your teams¡¯ points.
On a team, what contribution should each teammate be making?
If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Xinlv, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you have remained consistent in expressing gratitude, as evidenced by your use of "Thank you," and providing action-based directions to your teammates, aiming to advance the collective effort. While your phrases like "That's" and "Here to me" are brief, they are indicative of a player who is engaged and focused on the immediate goals of the game. Looking back at your previous sessions, where suggestions were made to share more ideas and volunteer for various tasks, your recent statements such as "I'm gonna pass to" and "Throw into the snatcher throw" show you're stepping up by actively proposing strategies. Even though the examples we have of you managing and adapting to different challenges are limited, phrases like "Pass it to me. Pass it to my end" show you're thinking on your feet and shifting your role to meet the team's needs at specific moments. However, you could be even more of a superstar by offering a wider range of ideas and strategies during gameplay, and showing a clear willingness to adapt to various roles, as shown when you navigate the game's spatial elements. Lastly, although the sessions do not present in-depth scenarios of you receiving and acting on feedback, the politeness you display suggests you are open and likely appreciative of your teammates' input. However, it would be great to see more evidence of how you incorporate their suggestions into the game. When your teammates offer advice, try responses like "Got it, I'll try that!" or "Let's do it your way," to demonstrate that you're actively considering their ideas. Keep working on making your communication even clearer and showing your teammates that you're truly part of the team by listening and responding to what they say. You're doing well, Xinlv, and we can see that you're becoming a valuable team player¡ªkeep it up!

Communication Data

Reflection for Xinlv: How does your voice % in the last 6 sessions compare to the first 6 sessions?
We are recalculating our voice metric data to generate a more accurate baseline. If the red baseline (average of all students) looks unusual this week it is due to those recalculations. Your child's average speaking time data is correct. This metric will be fully normalized by the next feedback cycle.

In a few weeks, we¡¯ll give you feedback on how you¡¯ve progressed on your teamwork skills after incorporating this email¡¯s insights. If your parent or guardian has any thoughts on this email, tell them they can fill out this 1-minute survey to keep on improving our session feedback.
To the stars (and Mars),
