Teamwork Analysis
Jiaxun, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you continue to take active steps in your team interactions, particularly in identifying and pursuing group goals. For example, you've taken the initiative by saying, ¡°You guys just support me, I'm going to research the frogs, okay?¡± This demonstrates you¡¯re willing to step up and guide the team's efforts. Yet, there is room for deeper strategic conversation, as relying on short affirmatives like ¡°Okay¡± and ¡°Uh...¡± can be improved to ensure detailed and comprehensive team strategies.
In comparison to the previous session where you offered a clear plan of action, this round of sessions did not showcase any direct evidence of your skill in adapting to new roles or incorporating your teammates¡¯ observations into your approach. To strengthen this area, you could proactively seek and apply suggestions from your teammates to refine your strategies. For example, if a teammate suggests a new idea, you might say, "That sounds good, let's try it and see if it works better!" which would demonstrate flexibility and a team-centered mindset. Similarly, to bolster your ability to adapt to different roles, after offering a plan, you could check in with your teammates by asking, ¡°Does anyone else want to lead this part?¡± showing that you¡¯re open to sharing leadership and responsibilities.
While you continue to contribute to the team, it is vital to expand on these strengths by encouraging a richer dialogue and showing a readiness to embrace your teammates' insights. Remember, a key part of teamwork is not just leading but also listening and adapting to what the team needs. In your next games, try to engage more with what your teammates are contributing by replying more expansively rather than with short affirmations. Additionally, displaying a willingness to adapt by saying things like "I've got this part, but let me know if there's a better way!" can highlight your teamwork skills even further. Keep aiming to grow in your communication and collaborativeness, and you'll likely see an even more positive impact on your team's success.
