Hi Ike,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week.

Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in Play in recent weeks:

You complete 89% of your attempted passes.
How well are you coordinating with your teammates?
You use 94% of your share of the team's allotted actions.
How many actions should each player take?
You contribute 32% of your teams¡¯ points.
On a team, what contribution should each teammate be making?
If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Ike, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often have a clear idea of what needs to be done for the team's success, using phrases like "We need [votes from the] boars," indicating that you know who can best complete specific tasks. However, it is just as important to foster a strong team environment as it is to strategize, so rather than simply stating what needs to be done, like "I'll research the squirrels and bears," also make an effort to pull in your teammates through questions or suggestions that include them, such as "Who wants to help with searching?" In your future games, to show progress from the previous analysis, work on extending your capability to adapt to what the team needs at the moment. Words like "I'll spend the money on it" do show willingness to dedicate effort to important tasks, but try offering multiple options or asking teammates for their opinions on what should be tackled next. This not only shows adaptability but also helps incorporate your teammates' views, making the teamwork more dynamic. The sessions reveal moderate responsiveness to the team's strategies with utterances like "Well, we need to strongly support the library experience." It's great that you are aligning with the team's plan, but remember that being part of a team also means engaging with the ideas and feedback from others. When you said, "So... Let's just research them first, okay?" it's a good start to a conversation. Next time, consider waiting for your teammates' responses or ask for their thoughts to demonstrate active listening and show that you are incorporating their opinions into the team strategy. Keep contributing your ideas, Ike, and balance them with more active invitations for input from your teammates to grow your collaboration skills.
