Hi Jiaxun,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The

If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Jiaxun, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often participate by sharing your opinions and observations, which is great for teamwork. For instance, you¡¯ve said things like ¡°We don't have to build so many things,¡± and ¡°That's not good,¡± which show you are observing and thinking about the game¡¯s strategy. However, sometimes your words can sound a bit hesitant, which might make it tough for your teammates to follow your lead. Statements like ¡°Um...¡± show you might be unsure at times. Aim to speak more confidently, maybe by saying something like, "I think we should try this because..."
In reviewing your ability to adapt to different roles within the team, we see you are trying to engage by asking questions and clarifying tasks, like when you said, ¡°What¡¯s this thing?¡± Yet, your role adaptability can be better showcased through more proactive engagement. In the instances where there's a need to change strategies or to adapt to a new situation, you could say, ¡°Alright, let¡¯s shift our focus, I can handle this part!¡± This kind of proactive approach can help you and your team respond better to the game's demands. Also, making sure you¡¯re open to switching roles, like suggesting others take the lead sometimes, would really show flexibility.
Additionally, it seems like you're listening to your teammates, as shown by your frequent use of "Okay" in response to their comments. However, it would be beneficial to engage more deeply with their feedback to better incorporate their ideas into your game plan. Instead of just acknowledging with ¡°Okay,¡± you could expand on how you can use their suggestions, like ¡°Okay, and maybe we can also try this to improve our strategy.¡± Furthermore, expanding on your initial ideas and checking in with your teammates for their thoughts could help you refine your contributions and make your teamwork even stronger. Remember, teamwork is about both sharing your ideas and building on others' suggestions to achieve the best results together.
