Teamwork Analysis
Zhuo, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often take charge in supporting the team objectives with clear contributions. For instance, by saying, "I'll build a road to the forest," and "I need to build things," you are actively engaging with the team's goals, which is excellent.
In terms of being adaptable, you show a readiness to take on tasks that benefit the team. This is a good skill because it helps the game go smoothly, as seen when you said, "I'll give the food and you'll make the world." A possible next step for you would be to adjust your role in response to what your teammates need or suggest. This means if someone has a different idea or advice, think about how you can change your plan to include their thoughts. This can make your teamwork even stronger. For example, when you decided on building a gold mine with your teammates, showing more engagement with their ideas would let them know you are all working together.
Lastly, it's important to show that you are listening to your teammates and using their feedback. This means when someone gives you a suggestion like how to manage resources, you can answer back or show through your actions that you've heard them and that their ideas matter. We have seen moments where you follow a discussion with a related action, as when you said, "I'll build a gold mine," which is good, but you can show even more that you value your teammates' feedback. Remember, a team works best when everyone¡¯s input is included. It seems that compared to the previous analysis, you continue to show strengths in proactively contributing to team strategy, but focusing on clearer communication about role adaptability and actively incorporating feedback from your teammates will benefit your teamwork even more.
