In addition to that data, we have noticed that you often prefer a direct and commanding style in your interactions, as seen in directives like "Get out of here!" and "Lauren, go here!" This style shows your comfort in taking charge, which can be great for guiding the team quickly. However, it¡¯s important to balance this by encouraging input from your teammates to foster a more inclusive and cooperative atmosphere. For example, instead of only giving commands, you could try asking for opinions with phrases like, "What do you guys think if we go this way?" or offering explanations that might encourage group discussion and agreement. In terms of adapting to roles, your participation shows you often stick to a leader or direct communication role. While having a leadership role can be effective, showing more flexibility could enhance your teamwork. Sometimes, the game or team situation might benefit from you taking a step back or supporting others in their roles. To better adapt, you could express willingness to explore different tasks or ask your teammates, "Where do you need me?"
