Hi Evan,
On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The
Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week.
You've attended Play in
3 of the last 3 weeks. Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
|
Your distribution in green compared to the average of all students in red.
How are you using your AP to contribute to the team goals?
|
|
You use your pops to build structures 44% of the time.
How does it impact your team when your pops aren't actively building?
|
If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Evan, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, we have noticed that you are highly involved in planning and resource management within your teams. For instance, your statements such as "How about orange will go down? Orange will go to the down," and "I will go disinfect. I'll go disinfect the planet" clearly display your proactive engagement in defining roles and taking decisive actions to fulfill group objectives. These contributions are vital in steering your team toward achieving game goals.
However, while you actively engage in team interactions, there are some areas for improvement in conflict resolution. Situations like saying "But [Teammate], please stop." indicate your recognition of conflicts, yet they may not always lead to effective resolution. Developing strategies to calmly address disagreements and encourage open dialogue can help like stating, "I noticed we have different views here. What does everyone think is the best approach?" This type of communication can promote fairness and understanding within the team, allowing for better consensus-building.
Your role adaptability is another area showing promise. You've taken on various responsibilities as needed, such as resource gathering and leading team movements, demonstrated by "Yeah, temple is working because of me if there was if there was not [teammate]," and "I'll go to the teleporter." However, being more receptive to feedback from teammates could further enhance this adaptability. For example, you can improve by acknowledging teammates' suggestions with, "Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give that a try and let you know how it goes," to show that you value their input and are willing to adjust your actions accordingly. This can significantly strengthen overall team collaboration and success.
