Hi Cindy,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week. Get ready to work on clear communication--it's Hyperball time!

You've attended Play in 3 of the last 3 weeks. Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
You use 90% of your share of the team's allotted actions.
How many actions should each player take?
You contribute 39% of your teams¡¯ actions.
What contribution should each player make to the team?

If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Cindy, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, here are some observations about your participation and communication within your teams: Your participation in the games demonstrates a willingness to engage and contribute to your team¡¯s efforts. Positive examples include when you said, "I'm making a battery," and "I'll craft a slime ball but we don't have a cold ball," where you show initiative and readiness to take responsibility. However, there are moments where you could increase your consistency, as noted in instances like, "Sorry guys, but I need to fundraise the boars; it took my money," which might have benefited from more coordination with your teammates. A useful strategy could be to share your ideas more often and ask for input from others to ensure everyone is on the same page. In terms of communication, you excel in giving specific instructions and updates, such as "I'm going to tell you how to play it," and "We need 20 to do a virus. We only have 10." These clear directives help your team stay focused. On the other hand, sometimes your communication may appear reactive or hesitant, like when you stated, ¡°What? Who zapped?¡± To enhance this, consider asking more open-ended questions, and offer constructive suggestions more frequently For instance, instead of saying, ¡°I don¡¯t think we can win against this computer,¡± you might explore framing it more positively and suggesting potential strategies to tackle the challenge. This will help create a more collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
