Subject Zunqi¡¯s Play Session Feedback
Hi Zunqi,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week. Get ready to work on clear communication--it's Hyperball time!

You've attended Play in 3 of the last 3 weeks.
Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
You use 98% of your share of the team's allotted actions.
How many actions should each player take?
You contribute 31% of your teams¡¯ actions.
What contribution should each player make to the team?

If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Zunqi, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, here are some observations about your participation and communication within your teams: You demonstrate active engagement by promptly responding to team questions and taking action within the game, such as when you said, "I'm going to go for the crabs." Your involvement shows that you often contribute at key moments, helping your team react to specific events. For example, clear directives "No, [Teammate]. Don¡¯t put the fire ore in!¡± demonstrate your responsiveness to the game¡¯s needs. However, it seems you might benefit from engaging more proactively. By initiating action and presenting plans, you could significantly enhance the team's strategy discussions. For instance, instead of just reacting, you might say, ¡°Guys, let¡¯s gather resources now so we¡¯re prepared for the next phase.¡± In terms of communication, your comments are usually brief and to the point. While phrases like ¡°Guys, you need a battery!¡± are clear, they sometimes lack the context that could help your teammates better understand your perspective. This can occasionally cause confusion. To improve, try explaining your suggestions more thoroughly, such as by saying, ¡°We need batteries to power up our cannons, can someone help me craft them?¡± Using teammates¡¯ names in your instructions, like ¡°[Teammate], can you help with resources?¡± could also foster a more collaborative and positive team environment.
