You often step up to guide your team with statements like, "Put a battery over there," and "We're gonna launch something soon, everybod be ready," which reflect your enthusiasm and effort to lead and coordinate team actions during gameplay. Your proactive approach to making sure tasks are acknowledged and executed is a significant strength. However, in some sessions, your contributions are less frequent, leading to lower engagement. Consistency in communication is vital as it ensures you are always contributing towards team goals. For example, showing more input during collaboration by consistently asking, "What task should we tackle next?" could keep everyone aligned.
Your ability to keep team morale high and focused is evident from statements such as, "Right now we need somebody to go build and somebody to go [zap],¡± and encouraging teammates with, "Okay, we have so many already, that's enough." However, to enhance your skills aim to ensure collective decisions are clear, using phrases like, "Let's all agree on a plan."
