Hi Wei,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week. Your teams will need vision, alignment, and efficiency to be effective in this week's game: Polis.

You've attended Play in 3 of the last 3 weeks. Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
You use your pops to build structures 60% of the time.
How does it impact your team when your pops aren't actively building?
You complete 84% of your attempted passes.
How well are you coordinating with your teammates?

If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Wei, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, here are some observations about your participation and communication within your teams: You've shown consistent involvement and a willingness to contribute. For example, you often stepped up with clear actions and ideas like, "No Maya, go to the three-pointer," and "Everyone, we need more food! We need food!" This shows that you're actively participating and trying to keep the team moving forward. However, sometimes your instructions can be repetitive or lack enough detail for everyone to follow easily, like when you said, "One pointer. We want to get the one pointer." A useful strategy could be to provide more specific directions, clarifying your requests so everyone understands exactly what to do. You're doing a great job of supporting your teammates and staying aware of the game strategy. For instance, you encouraged and guided others with phrases like, "There you go! That's it!" and "Charge towards the goal! Charge!" These motivating words can really boost team spirit. Still, there are times when you could benefit from ensuring your communication is clear and inclusive. Asking teammates for their input with questions like, "Do you think we should try this?" can make everyone feel more involved. By refining how you share your ideas and listening to your teammates' thoughts, you'll continue to grow as a fantastic team player. Keep up the excellent work!
