Hi Cindy,

On the journey to make any team you¡¯re on better, you¡¯ll practice excellent behaviors that enhance your teamwork. The Synthesis Mission Brief contains your teamwork challenge for this week. Your teams will need vision, alignment, and efficiency to be effective in this week's game: Polis.

You've attended Play in 3 of the last 3 weeks. Here¡¯s some feedback on your teamwork in that time:
You use your pops to build structures 43% of the time.
How does it impact your team when your pops aren't actively building?
You complete 74% of your attempted passes.
How well are you coordinating with your teammates?

If you notice that some of your teamwork data is missing or showing at 0%, it is because you have yet to attend and participate in recent PLAY sessions for this game. We look forward to providing you with updated teamwork data as you attend more sessions in the future.

Teamwork Analysis
Cindy, the graphs above show different ways that you have contributed to and coordinated with your teams in the various games. In addition to that data, here are some observations about your participation and communication within your teams: Your participation in the games demonstrates a willingness to engage and contribute to your team¡¯s efforts. Positive examples include when you said, "When I pass the ball to you, don't walk it!" where you show initiative and readiness to take responsibility. However, in some sessions, you spoke less frequently. Consider trying to voice your thoughts more often and ask for input from your teammates to ensure everyone is on the same page and feels included in the strategy. In terms of communication, you excel in giving specific instructions and updates, such as, "Okay, this time hold on," and "No, don't destroy it. Don't destroy it yet," which help your team stay focused and motivated. To improve this, you might explore asking more open-ended questions and providing more detailed suggestions. For instance, instead of saying, ¡°I'll go this way,¡± you could say, ¡°I'll go this way to distract the enemy, so you can sneak past.¡± This will help create a more collaborative and supportive team atmosphere, making it easier for everyone to work together effectively. Keep up the excellent work!
